missed a day

The thing with routines is you can’t let yourself to miss a day. I didn’t miss any of my developing routines (wake up early, qt) but i didn’t blog yesterday and it was harder to get into it today. What kind of process is it? Consistency (is it right?) is so hard for people, unless it’s something natural and destructive we want to quit doing it ’cause it’s hard. That’s why habits are so powerful. I am not first to say it, but ” you will either form your habits or your habits will form you” ( I am pretty sure it’s some famous saying but disfigured and truncated, but still conveys the idea. :))

Any way if you started don’t stop, even for one day.
